Program would have been easier to use if scroll up or down without having to go to side of screen every time.
Disappointed that last year you overcharged and then refunded $25. Then this year eliminated the one free state filing.
What's great about it: Online E-file
What's not so great: Price of software and extra charge for all state filings

Not the same this time

this year (first time ever in a billion years) I could not file electronically and still don't know why. Could not find the info. Also I paid to file my state and then was rejected.
What's great about it: I feel I got the best refund possible
What's not so great: Could not find info on a question
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: eASY, TRANSFERS PREVIOUS YEARS INFO, DOWNLOADS INVESTMENTS, COVERS EVERYTHING

Each year gets more difficult. IRS likely the cause but it is no longer quick and easy.
