Another excellent TurboTax experience

I almost enjoy doing taxes with TurboTax. The "interview" user interface is both friendly and easy to use. It is very helpful to be able to pause work, close the return, and then start up again where you left off. We've been using TurboTax for over ten years and we have always been satisfied with the results, and always confident that the tax authorities will have no problems with our returns. We will use it again next year, for sure.
What's great about it: Easy to use; I trust the results
What's not so great: Expensive to purchase

It's Done!

We've used turbotax for over a decade. Always successful in the end. It's quick and easy even though we use the long form. In 2015 had problems with runtime errors that made the state download impossible. That was annoying. Fortunately Windows has a compatibility test that helped us get back on track and we filed successfully.
What's great about it: Easy flow of choices, simple to go back and make changes or review
What's not so great: unexpected errors made state download frustrating
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Software glitch - State Of Michigan 1040

During data entry software showed me the correct mailing address for State of Michigan tax due filing. It does NOT match what the software prints on the actual form.
