What's not so great: Downloads frequently timed out--use faster servers!

confident in results very good tool.
What's great about it: they know taxes if you do not
What's not so great: lengthy process. do not like to pay for state efile with the price of turbo tax

foreign tax paid

your software would not accept more than one country in which foreign taxes were paid. I'm surely not the only person paying foreign taxes in more than 1 country. I finally matched the country name to 1 country in order to get TT to fie my return. Pretty disappointing.
What's not so great: Form 1116 would only accept 1 country

Worth the money.

Once you have everything needed for filing, Turbo Tax is easy to use. The questions may seem annoying at times, but there is a purpose and often reduces the tax.
What's great about it: Step by step approach.

What's great about it: quick, easy, complete and excellent recall of past years
What's not so great: difficult to make manual entry when TT available answers do not inclued correct answer
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: I like TT Premium because it has all the features needed for all my tax situations. I never get stuck.
