Quick and Fairly simple

overall very quick and helpful and definitely would use it again
What's great about it: Everything was organized and help was always a click away
What's not so great: a lot of repetitiveness but that is to be expected

Almost complete

I have used Turbo tax for 20 years.
It works 99% of the time, but.........
I always seem to find one hole each year. The problem, and in fact a problem which cost me a New York audit and penalty, was that Turbo tax did not carry over to the New York state return nontaxable interest, even though it was separated in the input process as being taxable.
What's great about it: Ease in input
What's not so great: Missing hole

When going back and forth from the list of areas, the list should return to where you were last - not back at the top and then have to scroll down to where you need to be.

Good product but difficult to correct or amend.
What's great about it: I like the step by step process.

Concise, but not impersonal

What's great about it: Got it done in one day. A great feature is to be able to download off of the previous years info for comparison
What's not so great: Wasn't quite sure where to to look on my 1099-Div forms for the amounts.

My second year with Turbo Tax was another successful filing experience. Easy to use with help when needed. I will look forward to my third next year.
