Excellent Product

Found the product simple and self explanatory. I was disappointed in having to pay for the first state efile.
What's great about it: Simple to use, good descriptions of what was needed.
What's not so great: didn't like paying for first state efile.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Tough Ending

Tried to e-file both fed and state together as recommended. It would not allow me to set up an account to pay for the state filing and said I already had one, but would not accept a temporary security code provided by Turbo Tax. I finally had to separate the Fed rom the State filing to get the Fed e-filed. I am now going to file the state by mail.
What's great about it: Easy straight forward walk through procedures
What's not so great: Final e-file and payment procedure

Could improve print options

What I would most like to see is the option to print the key summary pages that appear during the "Interview" process. I refer to 1) "Picture of your 2015 Income; 2) "Your 2014 and 2015 Deductions & Credits; 3) "Let's Review Your Numbers; and 4) "Your Audit Risk Results." There may be a few others. I find it helpful to have the items 1-4 listed in my files for review. The process I have to resort to, in order to do this is tedious and complicated.

20+ Years and Rocking

I have used turbo tax for my personal taxes, my real estate buisness, investments, family trusts and have never had a problem. Other than getting the paperwork together, I spend a couple of hours one day, review it the next and submit it.
What's great about it: I have been able to adjust the program as my needs have changed form year to year.
What's not so great: NONE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments, I moved

Another Solid Job

This was my first year where selling investments came into play. TurboTax did it's job for what I needed, but unfortunately, the price went up at the same time
What's great about it: It did everything I needed it to.

easy but I thought I was getting a free state file
