Good computations but need more space for printed

I've used Turbo tax for a number of years and appreciate the helps and computations, and the program flagging possible issues. As with most programs there can be bugs at first so I appreciate the corrections and added aids as time goes by.
What's great about it: Prompts were helpful and especially like being able to choose own section to work
What's not so great: Printing of stock/funds names squishes name into too small of a space so it can't be read

I like Turbo Tax but...

I buy Turbo Tax every year and use it. I would have given it a 5 rating but I don't remember my password.
They make it so complicated that I can't figure out some of the questions and you have to know last year's return info to even attempt to get help.
What if you just created the account, didn't do last year's return with them and had a brain freeze and could't remember your password?
There has to be a better way besides this. And I can't call an 800 number from Germany so I need something with a regular area code. Not on the info.

What's great about it: Makes completing forms WAY easier. Explanations are generally concise and helpful.
What's not so great: Sometimes my situation is not particularly addressed.

Best Experience to Date

Was able to download my brokerage information seamlessly and very fast. Minimized my manual input. Was able to complete my return(s) in record time. Have used TT for many years and this is the best experience to date.
What's great about it: Easy, fast
What's not so great: None

Taxes can't be any easier!

Have been using Turbo Tax for many years and each year it just gets better and easier. Can't imagine having to fill out each form manually, doing the math, hoping the figures are correct. Have used other computer tax programs but none compare to Turbo Tax in ease and accuracy.
What's great about it: Easy data entry. Downloading from financial institutions
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

2015 was the first year I used Turbotax. I wanted to apply the over payments (fed and state) from 2015 to my 2016 estimated taxes. I found it cumbersome to do this with my 2015 version of Turbotax Premier. The Turbotax help center led me through the process. Other than that, Turbotax was easy to use served me well.

The guidance feature is well thought out for anyone electing to use this product. The Premier Edition is excellent for recent retirees that will have to address 401, IRA, Investments etc. as well as earnings before retirement and the RMD! The auto populate feature for future years is a real time saver. I will continue to use Turbo Tax year after year.

My con is that I had to find the issue to correct it and this caused me to look several places because quite frankly I was "wiped out" preparing my tax return and couldn't concentrate.
It would be nice if Turbo tax would say, "do you want us to take you to the error location.
What's great about it: Really liked that there is one
What's not so great: I was hoping that when Turbo found an error they would take me to the start of the page
