Great job Turbo Tax

Again it was very easy to complete the tax prep and the prompts were helpful. Refer to cons above. It was aggrevatting having to scroll to the bottom of the page each time to go to the next page. It seems to me the "continue" icon could be put at the end of the topic to eliminate the scrolling.
What's great about it: Simple and easy to understand
What's not so great: The "continue" icon is at the bottom of the page making it necessary to scroll each time to advance to next page

Over all I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 20 years and have always been satisfied. I only wish investments would be included in TT Deluxe as it was previously.
What's not so great: the paying fee on state e-file was needlesly complicated which is why I chose the phone option

I have been using TurboTax with Quicken for 20 years, always has been easy to do taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use, get answers to all questions
What's not so great: none

I have used Turbo Tax for many years with satisfaction. Its easier than doing math and trying to find forms at the post office.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: none yet
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments, I moved
