Seems a little buggy this year

I've used TurboTax for many years. This year's software seems a little buggy. i can't enter my state's driver's license number because it requires a character and all the software will accept is letters and numbers. I got a message in the error check that a date was missing but no clue WHERE and no link to that place. I got several error message about the dates being off for the beginning of my state residency and finally found the error was in another date field. I have lived in my original state since birth but when I used that date instead of 1/1/2015, it suddenly recalculated my state sales tax to a crazy high sum. Should have made a difference at all!
What's great about it: quick, easy
What's not so great: bugs

Easier way to do taxes

have used Turbotax for many years and continuously come back.
What's great about it: Easy understandable screens with explanations for data entry.
What's not so great: time consuming

Upgrade to Premier

I have always had Turbotax Deluxe. This year I found out I needed Premier after I had bought the Deluxe version from your automatic, ship in November web site. Why did I have to pay full price? I should have only had to pay the UPGRADE price since I already purchased Deluxe. In fact, You should have recommended or told me to get Premier.
