Good Program But Review Needs Help

Overall, a good tax software program. It is user friendly and only requires a basic understanding (common sense) of tax protocols. The Review of the return, however, picked up items that were never asked for when I was completing the return. It also marked the name of one of my financial institutions as having too many characters, but wouldn't allow me to change it in the Review section. I had to exit out and go back to that portion of my return to do this. I feel this problem should have either been identified at the time I typed it in or had allowed me to correct it in the Review section. This was more of a hassle than problem. I am satisfied with the purchase of this software.

Astronomical Refund!!

This product is the easiest to use that I have ever found. If you get confused or lost (unlikely) instructions will bring you back. All possible deductions are presented in easy to follow manner. Your's is the only software that has been able to access all my bank and stock accounts for direct download of all transactions.

able to review/recheck and correct are easy to do and follow. Otherwise will be too cumbersome
What's great about it: have been using Turbo-Tax for quiet awhile and feel comfortable with it
What's not so great: gets snagged and probably my fault for not following or reading the explanation thoroughly enough

accurate returns

I had put a dollar figure in a business expense section which generated tax form 2106. On review of my taxes I was asked for information concerning an asset. I had no idea what or why TurboTax needed information I did not have. TurboTax would not let me file my returns. I finally determined that my job related expenses had been entered wrongly into the business expense section. The information was removed and the reviews of my returns passed; I then was able to file my returns. TurboTax caught my errors and prevented me from filing until they were corrected. Thank you TurboTax.

What's not so great: Information input to TurboTax generated additional forms; created confusion
