Program listed the ID number for a provider but couldn't give me a clue as to who it was without pulling up prior year return.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions. Explanations available.
What's not so great: Couldn't come up with the name of a provider from previous year.

We constructed. As my taxes were fairly straight forward there were few complications.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: You sometime have to dig for that information

Needs a bit more for rental houses

Loved 95% of the product. I had to enter a ton of info for rental house information and this was not always clear how to do this.
What's great about it: Most questions were easy to figure out
What's not so great: Rental section was headache

Accurate and Detailed

Like the ability to build the current year term from the prior year. Edit feature is simple to use to adjust current payroll, deductions, etc. Overall a great program.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: "Guide me" feature too long

Love using Turbo Tax! It shows me all the information I need to put in, and reminds me if I'm missing anything. I have been using it for years, and will definitely continue.

one problem

So, I mail my forms annually. Every year (I have used TT annually for quite some time) you give mail instructions and voucher forms as needed. This year I got a refund for federal and you did not include the first couple pages you normally do, so now I have to search where send the completed form. You included it for state where I owed taxes. In past years you include the address for both. What did I pay all this money for?

i have been using turbo tax for several years, it's the only way i would do my taxes !
What's great about it: covers all tax situations
What's not so great: after updating turbo tax, there were times when it didn't take me back to where i left off in the previous session.
