Always accurate

Dealing with taxes made as simple as possible - follow the questions and you will do your return. It works.
What's great about it: Improvements made every year, data entry gets easier
What's not so great: Not much - I've been a long time user

ESPP and RSU section needs improvement

The Turbo Tax software is very easy to use and extremely user friendly. I did my taxes manually by hand for years and I am glad that I now use Turbo Tax. It is easier to do taxes and the e-filing is very nice as well. I did not have any issues using the software to file my taxes. I would recommend this product to anyone rather than paying to have a tax professional complete my taxes.
What's great about it: The process of using the Turbo Tax software was extremely user friendly with guidance provided as necessary.
What's not so great: I did not have any issues with the software.

Quick and to the Point

My initial intent was to go through the installation process today, and do the actual tax work another time, but I started working on the taxes and it proceeded smoothly through the process from start to finish.
Turbo Tax did not drag me through unneeded sections this year, I was able to just work on the relevant areas.
What's great about it: Everything worked as expected
What's not so great: Took a while for initial installation

Good as usual - best one but not perfect

By far the best of the tax return software. Have used it for many years and this year is no disappointment. I switch between the "guided tour" and the forms to follow the logic and sometimes have to search for a while to see where the numbers on the Form 1040 are coming from. It's all there- but can be a challenge at times.
Still don't understand why you can't have both Amortized Bond Premium and Interest at Purchase - they go together hand in hand. Have to enter one of them manually every year.
Over all, this is a very good program that takes most of the drudgery out of a 45-page return. It has improved much for Mac users over the past 10 years, and I hope it will continue to get better.
What's great about it: Easy to download data directly
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to find out where the numbers are coming from
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Premier Edition - Good but not great

Specifically the HSA form (some lines incorrect, though the bottom line is right), some details of the Healthcare Credit worksheet, and the foreign tax credit work-through are wrong. For semi-complicated returns,it's great if you already mostly know what you are doing and you check things over well.
What's great about it: Easy to use, and easy to understand explanations, covered everything I thought I needed.
What's not so great: Inaccurate details on some forms, though doesn't seem to be anything that affects the final result (at least for me)
