Longtime user and usually improves. The 2015 version user interface was not supportive in reviewing the detailed inputs and calucalations.

I HAVE USED TURBOTAX FOR OVER 25 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE POSITIVE RESULTS, COMPLETE, ACCURATE RETURNS AND THE SECURITY TURBOTAX OFFERS.

Excellent tax preparation package

I have used TurboTax for over 15 years and it has always been easy to use and accurate. Never had any problems and the 2014 package even let me upgrade for free to the Premier version so I could do the 1095 forms. Kudos to Intuit.
What's great about it: Easy and complete, including Obamacare 1095s

Good Tool

Good software to help get your taxes completed. I have used it for over 10 years now and believe that I capture majority of the data needed to file an accurate return. I have only had one problem with a state return since using TurboTax. I would like to see a more clear cut, user-friendly section for people who need to file a Schedule F, Farm Income/Expenses. The Premier version works, but it is rather awkward to use.
What's great about it: Walking through all areas
What's not so great: Need more assistance for Schedule F Filers
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: Always guide me right though
What's not so great: Sometimes system is slow

I like the short and concise descriptions that you can click on to determine if a topic is something you should fill in, or can ignore.
What's great about it: Transferring data from the previous year's Turbo Tax s/w
What's not so great: Can't think of any.
