Reviewing the Return

Printing the return for review doesn't give enough information to easily confirm accuracy of everything input. I had to keep going back to the computer, because I didn't want to print "all forms" -- that was about 250 pages! Surely there is a middle ground here. Additionally, I find TurboTax for Apple less user-friendly that my previously-used TurboTax for PC. (I've used the Apple version for 3 years now.)
What's great about it: Easy to Print. Accurate.
What's not so great: Insufficient information on copy printed for review

TurboTax Premier

If your return is simple with few special situations, TurboTax is great. But if you have a special situation, such as solar energy renewable credit sales, you have no support in the program. Some of the instructions are unclear. There should be more detail provided in the program rather than sending you to user support web sites where customers give opinions and not necessarily accurate facts. I think the time and effort needed to do taxes by TurboTax is excessive; I will try a tax professional next year.
What's great about it: does the math for you, walks you through most possible situations, appears to be accurate
What's not so great: some instructions unclear, some information incomplete or unavailable

Indispensable

I've been a Turbotax user for decades. If you are a taxpayer with even a modestly complex tax return, then Turbotax is the product for you. I
What's great about it: Easy to use and handles complex situations. Indispensable if you have a tax situation that is complex.
What's not so great: A little pricey, and the state efile should be included in the price.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax Makes Tax Filing Enjoyable

I've been a Turbo Tax user for the past ten or so years and have found it to be an excellent tool in filing my annual tax return.
I always use the detailed interview approach in entering my data as it makes me ponder possible entries I might otherwise have overlooked. This makes me rest assured that my return is complete and accurate and helps put my mind at ease when I'm ready to file.
Fortunately, I've not encountered any problems filing my returns on line and have found that when filing for a refund, the IRS has treated my returns promptly.
Whenever I've had questions in the past, the Turbo Tax Community has been extremely helpful with answering my questions. And when they didn't have the answers, reaching out to the Turbo Tax employed accountant advisers have provided exceptional assistance.
For the above reasons, I'm a very satisfied Turbo Tax user and expect to remain a loyal customer in the years to come.
What's great about it: Interview process is straight forward and simplistic

Very Good Tax software

It does not have a section where it used to provide a list of charitable organization to donate (State section). People may want to donate to charity during tax filing period, especially if there is refund.
What's great about it: Have used it for almost 15 or more years. Easy to use and explains thoroughly
What's not so great: Some time, going back to previous section misleads the previous entries. It does not save entirely.

I don't know how much money you have saved me over the years I have used Turbo Tax. I just need to remember to breath while I am doing my taxes, love you guys
