I've been using turbotax for over 20 ears. It continue to improve annually and can correctly handle all of my investing and personal areas. Very easy to use and always accurate.

I have used Turbo tax for years. This is the first time I have had to spend more time because I found the directions were unclear particularly with printing the return
What's great about it: Guidance , review of each section, ability to edit entriries,analysis of each section, clarity of majority of queries
What's not so great: confusing directions for printing returnreview and return to be mailed

Happy Experience

TurboTax is a comprehensive tax-filing solution, and seemed to contain updates to all tax codes. Being able to import data from previous years' returns will keep me coming back.
What's great about it: Comprehensive sofware application
What's not so great: pricey
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbotax Saved me $5K

Had I not used Turbotax this year, as a new resident of Florida, I may have wound up paying $5,000 more than I actually owed to the previous state in which I resided. I was thrilled when I completed, printed and filed all forms (64 pages) in about 4 hours time. Very complicated return made very easy by using Turbotax. Highly recommended.
What's great about it: Easy to use, convenient

Overall best tax software on the market
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Software had issues launching the It's Deductible when calculating values-did not work and kept crashing
