Pretty good for my complex situation

Overall, it was pretty good. I had a special situation this year where I had to file married filing separately for state taxes, even though I'm married filing joint for federal. It would have been nice if TurboTax could just split my MFJ return for me. It was a huge hassle to go line by line and split it myself.
What's great about it: Good guidance in help and online forum
What's not so great: Found an error in state form - hard to report the issue
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments, I moved

What's not so great: Printed copies are too long for my printer - last two lines are lost.

Easy to follow instructions

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I like the ease with which the interview mode guides you through the steps of entering the relevant information.The prior year data is immediately available and does not have to be reentered. Securities transactions can be downloaded automatically and this save time in entering information and it ensures correctness of data.
Too bad that since last year we have to buy the Premiere version for Schedule D. Before the Deluxe version did the job.

What's great about it: Easy entry of data, Easy to change data incorrectly entered, easy to file
What's not so great: The Delux version used to handle stocks and bonds now we need the premier version

Easy Peasy

This is the first time in many years that I had to prepare my own tax return. It was previously done my my accountant. I was familiar with most the terms and what information I needed. Entering the information was easier than figuring out what my accountant required at times.

Excelent Product but one quick note on MA

If you work in MA and did not get a 1099-hc then MA asks you for the name of your insurer and your "subscriber" number. As it turns out the "subscriber" number is also the Policy Number OR can even be called your "group" number. This knowledge may be helpful when trying to track down the information,

You do a great service and have made it easy for most people. You have pretty much made it a data entry process with little extra effort or knowledge needed.
What's great about it: Simple and helpful
What's not so great: Did not catch an item(medical premium paid for spouse) that was inadvertently left out.
