What's great about it: Works easily
What's not so great: Surprized by extra charges required if I wanted to efile, so I chose not to. do that.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and have always had confidence that I am using the best tax software on the market. Even when I owe the IRS, I have confidence that the calculations are correct and that I have maximized my deductions.
What's great about it: Easy of input, detailed questions, download from employers and investment companies
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The best part is that it keeps my depreciation on rental places from one year to the next. I used to have to do it by hand every time which took FOREVER1
What's great about it: So easy to use. You can go back, see what you've said, locate specific topics, etc.
What's not so great: Can't think of any

Easy to follow

I love how easy it is to follow the step-by-step questions and fields. There is a lot of support in their software and on their website to help answer questions regarding forms. I have used TurboTax for many years now and will continue to use them.
What's great about it: They go through EVERY step with you.
What's not so great: Sometimes it's hard to find answers.
