Great Product

Use this program for myself as well as children and grandchildren. Some returns are simple, some difficult. No matter I have had no problem completing the returns in a timely manner. Not a professional, home use only. When having to contact Turbo Tax support was easy, efficient and quickly answered all my questions. Have used this program for at least 7 years and would not consider using anything different. Highly recommend!

Just Ok

I had one question about efiling pins or adjusted gross income. Could not find the solution through turbo tax. It was frustrating to say the least. I have purchased and used turbo tax every year since 2010 and would like the ability to have my one question answered when I need an answer.
What's great about it: Easy to use and navigate. Imports from quicken
What's not so great: Couldn't find the answer when I had a question
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I had a baby

Quick and easy

My taxes are pretty simple, so I was able to fly through them. I'm confident I got the most of my money back. There were prompts for mortgage interest, mortgage insurance, property tax, student loan interest, and everything else I needed.
What's great about it: Fast, comprehensive, user friendly

Been using Turbo Tax for over 6 years could not get any easier that Turbo....Takes you step by step and E-files and you are done .

Great product with simple step by step guidance! Once you enter an answer, another box appears to gather further information to verify tax importance.
What's great about it: Import of W2's
What's not so great: environmental home improvement section

Super efficient

Each year that I use T.T., the process goes smoother - only partly because I'm increasingly familiar with the process - but also because I'm aware that the system's interaction with me is regularly tweaked. Looks like I'm hooked on this program!
