I confidently have used TurboTax and its predecessor, Chipsoft, for at least twenty-five years. Over that time my tax situation has changed to meet the demands of a changing

This software continues to be top of game. Have used it for a number of years with no issues.
What's great about it: comprehensive; step-by-step lead; frequent updates

I e-filed for my sister-in-law who passed away. It was rejected by both federal and Michigan taxes. They asked for more information which I gave them and e-filed again and again her taxes were rejected. So I called the IRS and found out they are now rejecting all e-filings for people who passed away. Turbo Tax did not warn me about this.
What's great about it: I love being able to import financial information directly into Turbo Tax.
What's not so great: No warning that IRS and Michigan no longer take e-filed taxes for people who have passed away.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

2015 Turbo Tas Return

I used Turbo Tax last year and all information was transferred to my new return. I either used the forms I used last year, deleted them from the current return or added additional forms. Very easy and very quick to enter. I will use Turbo Tax next year.
What's great about it: Great, easy fast and accurate
What's not so great: NONE
