Customer Service

I have a dell PC Laptop, vintage 2014, with Microsoft Office that automatically updates. I have been unable to print my tax forms for 2014 and now for 2015. the TurboTax asks to save in pdf file but does not give me a button to print. The pdf file is one page of 15 or 20 lines of symbology and that is what prints. Is there an alternate way to get a print copy from somewhere ? ? ? ?

As usual, the software was easy to use and it gives me the option of doing my taxes myself from home.

Re-entering turbo tax is confusing
on March 10, 2016

The most confusing aspect of turbo tax is re-entering after you have saved your return and had a good night's sleep. When you re-enter, it does not look like where you left off. You have to search for that location where you finished up the day before.
What's great about it: Saves all data. Carries over some to next year.
What's not so great: Doesn't seem to remember all of last years info.

Nice, Easy, and Foolproof

I have used Turbo-Tax and its earlier versions for years and years with great success on both MAC and PC systems.
What's great about it: Data entry into TurboTax for W-2 (earned) and unearned/passive income is very, very easy!
What's not so great: None by me!
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Gets Better and Better
on March 10, 2016

There were various subtle improvements this year that made the whole process easier than last year.. For example bouncing in and out of "Its Deductible" could not have been easier.
"Its Deductible" itself seemed easier to navigate in.
The dialogue in general seemed more explicit. As did item descriptions etc.
Also, transitioning between forms and the "Guided" mode seemed easier to do.
Great Job, Product and Company.
What's great about it: The GUI Interface (Human-Application Dialogue) just gets easier and easier.. Explanations are concise and explicit.
What's not so great: None...

Worth a hundred times the price

Turbo tax saves hours, and professional fees by importing all my financial portfolio and calculating all profit, loss, trades, and distributions. That is worth $$$$ in professional preparation fees. It also keeps track of all prior filing and carryovers.
What's great about it: Import & calculate financial data
What's not so great: none
Pros: I bought or sold investments

For State Income the banking info did not follow from Federal or last year.
