I like the ease of using Turbo Tax and the confidence that it gives me that my tax return is complete and accurate.

What's not so great: Did not open Fidelity and I account/password were entered correctly. The State return was poor - no help

GREAT BUT

Like the program, asks all the questions but I have a concern with my Michigan return. I am not sure my IRA distributions were handled properly.
I do like that it walks you right through all the deductions. Ran the long form just to make sure.
There is some cliche in the program on my Mac, it is trying to work in the background and I have to force quit the program.

What's great about it: Pretty easy to use
What's not so great: I am not sure it placed my ira distributions in the proper place therefore worried about my Michigan Return.

Love it

Great program! Just need to be able to NOT include or answer questions for a biz that I owned that earned money in one year only, then abandoned with no assets and no liabilities. TTx made me do a Schedule C !! Too bad. Other than this, it's just great. Been using TT for many years. Won't stop!

What's not so great: Can't delete a previous biz that is no longer in biz

Easy to use

I like the product keep the price down!!!
What's great about it: switching back and forth from forms to step by setp and back
What's not so great: doesn't paste data easily from excel
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Have been using for years and would recommend to friends. My only complaint is it is too complicated to return to your last point if you go back to check or update something. I end up having to go through all the section between in order to get back to where I was before I went bck.

Great Product

I have used TurboTax for a number of years and have never had a problem. With TurboTax Advantage, I was able to resolve an IRS issue without any anxiety or concerns. I highly recommend it for convenience and economy when doing your own taxes. Thank you, JFR
What's great about it: Imports previous year and personal info which makes starting out a snap!
What's not so great: Fed Carryover Worksheet lacked sufficient info to complete with confidence!?
