As stated above the 5 e-files given should be increased to ten as I have a large family and for what I paid for your product plus had to pay to e-file my state(which was hefty $54), makes your product a little more expensive than your competition.
What's great about it: Easy to use and get you through the new rules by IRS
What's not so great: Only 5 e-files not enough. You should allow at least ten so I can do more family members
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Understood the state filing would be free. Had to use cc to pay for state filing.
What's great about it: used for several years easy to follow
What's not so great: Just all the forms that need to be filed

I had erroneous state withholding. Turbo Tax Premier handled it perfectly and saved me money to have a Tax Accountant prepare the return.
What's great about it: I had a special situation in which I had State Tas withheld in error. It handled it.
What's not so great: Filing seemed to be more effort than before.

Repeated issues not fixed yet on Premier.

1. Federal: Annualization of income is not done for you when dividends generally come at end of year. Have to manually edit Sch D every year.
2. California: No where near as helpful as Federal Form.

For instance, I was looking for an explanation on why (on the NJ return) it did not give me a full credit for tax paid to NY. I ended up on the internet and printing the schedules and instructions to figure out why.
Also some items, for example: Turbo Tax said put a check next to the jurisdiction considered "duplicate wages". That should be more clear. How do you know which is the duplicate? I guess the state where you live and didn't earn. I guess I picked right.

What's great about it: I like how sometimes turbo tax explains why you are asking the question in "step by step".
What's not so great: Wish there were more explanations as to why it did something.
