EXCELLENT CHOICE

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOREVER IT SEEMS LIKE AND IT IS THE EASIEST TAX SOFTWARE, THEY CONSTANTLY ARE DOING UPDATES SO YOU HAVE ALL THE LATEST TAX CHANGES IN THE LAWS ETC....I WOULDN'T THINK OF USING ANYTHING OTHER THAN TURBO TAX.
What's great about it: THE EASE IS AMAZING
What's not so great: SOMETIMES TRYING TO GO "BACK" IS VERY DIFFICULT
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Best software ever written!

Turbo tax is the best piece of software written. It is completely intuitive and makes filing taxes extremely simple. It always works and it's always easy to find what you need to do (and not do) to complete your taxes. I have used it for years and will continue for years to come!
What's great about it: Easy to use, always works!
What's not so great: No cons

Flawless and Uncomplicated

I've been a Turbo Tax user for several years and highly recommend the product. If you have a decent system to retain the financial information which accumulates during the year, Turbo Tax directs you to the required document and makes the input of necessary information very straight-forward. Queries prompt you to collect information which you may have forgotten about. It's about as simple as one can expect. I see no reason to use any other tax filing method.
What's great about it: It is stress free and uncomplicated, as long as you have the correct information to input.
What's not so great: None!
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have used TurboTax for many years and have usually had a great experience. When the reduction from pension for a Public Safety Officer (PSO) first became available, TurboTax was not clear on the early returns and resulted in me having to amend several returns. Usually, however, I have no problems. Overall I am very happy with TurboTax.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: None

Complexity made simple

The calculations and guidance are so great that they create a certainty in the final results. Feeling like the entries are all that is needed makes the progress through so quick, it seems.
What's great about it: Calculations and step by step procedure
What's not so great: Had troubling getting the download...finally did however
