Finally Done with my Taxes

I have had this issue for years with Turbo Tax when I download forms from my financial institutions I fail the check "review Check" portion of my tax docs. It is always because I missing some data on some line that downloading the forms from my finical institutions is not putting in. Turbo tax needs more help with K-1 forms for example. It is always missing something.
What's great about it: Easy To us
What's not so great: Still not importing all the data when I download forms

What's great about it: Step-by-step process makes it easy to do a little at a time. Turbo-Tax found deductions I would not have known about.
What's not so great: Have to click through a whole section to get back to a particuar item to make a change -- only a minor inconvenience.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: Love the fact that information can be transferred from different financial institutions and automatic transfer to state
What's not so great: some questions seem ambiguious

This was a trial as my significant other indicated that TurboTax did a better job on entering deductions. I had used TurboTax until it forced me to install a version of ie that broke many other products. After that I have used many other products and have been very happy with H&R Blocks product and I will return to their product next year as this year has been a PAINFUL experience. After each new group of deductions it takes you to a summary of where you have been... Really just take me to the next group and give me an option to look at the summary if I want. Seemed like I spent forever getting all the pieces together to finalize the efile. First screen asks for something then the next screen something different then we get to the end oh wait we need something else to finish the filling.... Just consolidate all the required information on one or two screens.
What's great about it: Didnt force me to install and unwanted version of IE.
What's not so great: Instead of asking for EVERYTHING on one screen to finish efile went through 7 or 8 for it to finally go.

So easy to navigate!

I love this program! Their phone help was awesome, they were patient and thorough with me. The details were attended to for me and the progress was evident! I like the way they asked the questions I needed to answer and the ability to click on the links for details about what they were asking of me. I love that they make the math so easy and on them, not me!
What's great about it: Asked me questions I hadn't thought of and answered them thoroughly!
What's not so great: Never could get anywhere using the search for answers to my questions and had to call.

What's not so great: lots of glitches with windows 10(program would close while recalculating, inablitiy to print preview, etc

Finished input in mid February, but still receiving updates to software and forms (federal and state) in mid March
