have used turbo tax for several years and will continue to use it in the future.
What's great about it: carry forward of prior year's information
What's not so great: some questions are unclear

annoying features

obviously, I entered something incorrectly as my IRS return was about 6 times what it should be. In comparing my previous 1040 to the current one, I found the discrepancy but there was no way to relate "line 1 or line 16 on the 1040" to the place in TurboTax where I made the mistake. So hours later after starting from zero, I slowly plowed my way thru TurboTax again until I could find it. Your help box should direct one not only to the tax definition, but to the place in TurboTax where where one enters data.

Been using Turbo Tax for 3 years, never a problem, so quick and easy. Even when I had to pay I felt it was ok since this gave me every deductible I could legally take.
What's great about it: easy, understandable, great questions, check and recheck
What's not so great: Had to buy it

I have used TurboTax for many years and I love the ease of use of this product. I have great comfort that my return is accurate and additional support from their audit team should any issues arise. Great product!
What's great about it: So easy! Make's even the complex easy to understand.

excellent software - I really liked the automatic downloads for W-2's and info from by brokerage account
