Still good still not cheap

Great support and for the first time in years I needed it
What's great about it: Great support and easy to use
What's not so great: Expensive and a tad confusing in some areas

High Cost

It's really annoying that they chose to charge a higher additional cost by moving the investments input feature to Premier rather than Deluxe version. For someone like me, the additional cost was not worth it. I will be using another product next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: High additional costs by changing investments to Premier rather than Deluxe version.

Smooth and easy process

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now and it makes the entire Tax Filing Process nightmare a dream! Very smooth to use and I would highly reccomend it.
What's great about it: Very easy process to complete

Your 1099-misc question did not match the need that I needed it for. My wife was given a 1099-misc for volunteer work not because she own the business. She is not the sole proprietor are own a business. All questions was ask and center around business own.
What's great about it: I find turbotax to be a great asset for filing returns

Love the product. It was detailed, but easy to use. Had a glitch with the missed withholding from one 1099R. Fixed it after reading FAQ
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: Had to fix incorrect withholding amount from 1099

We've been using Turbo Tax for the past many years, and it walks us through each step and allows us to skip areas that do not concern us.
It has not failed us at all over all these years.
I highly recommend this product to anyone who is willing to do their own taxes.
What's great about it: Walks us through every step and has information when needed
What's not so great: Audit Defense should be part of the product purchased - should not have to pay an additional fee!
