Awesome product!

I have been using TurboTax for 10 years now. TurboTax is simple to use and gives easy to understand instructions. TurboTax makes it simple to file my federal and state returns. I have always been very happy with this product, and recommend it to my friends and family.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

That was a breeze

I have used Turbotax for the past several years. I love the software and I already know my way around the various screens. I highly recommend it to anybody even with complex tax situations. It covers practically every aspect of tax reporting.
What's great about it: Easy to use and very friendly
What's not so great: $10,000,000 limitation is cumbersome
Pros: I bought or sold investments

been using this software for a long time and it's still as easy as the first time i used it. and once you are finished they still make it easy to file. can't ask for much more.
What's great about it: Everything is handed to you, just have to answer the questions
What's not so great: When there is an error, the small window that you use to correct could be larger

great yet annoying

Used others in the past TT is the winner-
What's great about it: bring forward last years data, save time & avoid forgetfulness
What's not so great: HARD to delete previous forms because of new situations - e.g so difficult to eliminate form 2106 0

TurboTax Premier

Overall, TurboTax is easy to use. But, I have a consulting business on the side. It is not complicated enough to purchase the next higher level TurboTax for Business. However, a few improvements could be made. If you save your file, and want to go back to change or review the business entries, TurboTax doesn't remember what you already entered and makes you enter the same information all over again. This I found to be annoying. For example, if you say "No, I don't have any 1099-MISC for this business", you'll still have to check that box every time you go back. You also have to scroll through all entries each time for "Explore on my own" and you have to check the box "None of the above" each time you go to the section "Tell us more about your business."
What's great about it: Loads in info from previous year, easy to navigate. Import feature is great for 1099 forms from banks or mutual fund co.
What's not so great: Not intuitive for simple business C-EZ filing
