Makes it easy!

What's not so great: Can't think of any, I've used TurboTax for years and find it very user friendly.

Easy and thourough

I have used Turbo Tax for years and it always clear and easy to follow along. I love the fact that I can do my own taxes. I have a college education and think that should be enough to complete taxes each year. But, to be honest, without Turbo Tax I don't think I could do it.

I've used Turbo Tax to file my personal income tax for many years and have found that the application has evolved in its ability to help non professionals understand some very technical and complicated steps. The longer I've used it the better it seems to get. Kudos Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: ability to easily make changes and adjustments
What's not so great: can be challenging when user has many assets

I have been using TT for two years in a row and I find it extremely helpful to shift between my input information and all the worksheets or forms. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

2015 Turbo Tax Review

Specific for me was the lack of clarity in filing out the section for reported brokerage activity. Specifically, the details around transaction related to NQSO plans.
What's great about it: Well Organized layout of all the categories of concern for filing taxes
What's not so great: Some places not enough description of what's being asked to be able to put together a sure footed answer to the question

Long time turbotax user

The only problem this year was health insurance deductions and excess HRA payment. I had to go back and manually calculate my deductions since I didn't qualify for ACA tax credits.
What's great about it: All the forms and questions I need
What's not so great: Double check the calculations
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
