1040 Form 4562

The TurboTax 2014 Premier software failed to generate the 1040 Form 4562 for Rental depreciation. If you had an employee business expense amount on schedule A, the program referenced See Schedule A, Line 21 statement but failed to actually print the descriptions and amount breakdowns on the actual Schedule A, Line 21 statement.
What's great about it: Software was user friendly. Great guidance and examples
What's not so great: Program failed to generate Form 4562 for rental depreciation

Not as good as prior years

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have been happy. But this year many forms are missing. Also the program would skip several areas if you did not go back and check the program.
What's great about it: The updates ran as needed.
What's not so great: Many forms were missing.

I have used turbotax for year, I guess taxes are getting harder with obama. Most questios and easy, some cause you trouble.
What's great about it: Cheap and answers most questions.
What's not so great: Doesn't help with some.

I've used the Premier product for at least the last 5 years, and I continue to love it! However, I would like to see more questions answered. I love the section on rental property, and would like a bit more explanation there, particularly around non deductible losses. I have a lot of confidence in the audit risk assessment, and appreciate the multiple checks performed by the tool.

I've used TurboTax for over 10 years and wouldn't think about changing sofeware. I previously was doing all my taxes by hand.
At that time you received a tax booket to figure out whatever problem you came across. My daughter is a CPA she did my taxes a couple of time before I switch to TurboTax.

Taxing party made easy

I don't like putting DMV info out on the internet. It makes me feel like a criminal & very uncomfortable. I will not be using Turbo tax anymore, do to the fear of ID thief. I've used turbo tax ever since it came out & i really hate to say I no longer trust it.
What's great about it: easier
What's not so great: giving info on driver's license & uneeded forms
