Have used Turbo for 7 years but this year seemed a bit confusing. Maybe I am the confusing aspect since I am also 7 yrs. oldeer
What's great about it: simplicity
What's not so great: Did not ( and could not) import 2014 return and no way to make it do it

What's great about it: Automatic download of 1099's.
What's not so great: My only disappointment is that TurboTax doesn't seem to recalculate my 2014 taxes to check if my state refund is taxable

I've used your product for years and it is a very easy product to navigate through. Very helpful that I can download my investment directly from my investment firm into the return.
What's great about it: How easy the software moves you from A to B in the process.

As long as you go step by step it is easy. Just take your time. I do mine more then once just to make sure I did it correctly. Any questions there is help just a phone call away.

Too many start overs

My recollections of past years using TurboTax was that if I "saved" it , closed it and then opened it again; that I was brought back to the exact page I saved/closed it on. This year you forced me to run through several beginning pages where you have your check lists of items needing to be edited or already finished.
What's great about it: gave detailed info
What's not so great: didn't start over where you left off

Tablet bugs

I have used Turbo Tax forever and this year I installed it on my tablet. Lots of work needs to be done here. Almost every time I would save a file or even move from one section to another it would close the app and take me back to my home page. I would have to click back on the icon to continue. Other than that its a great software package.
What's great about it: Nice to have option of using on my tablet
What's not so great: Very buggy on tablet

premier price too high. Need allow use of deluxe for investments like previous program did

What's not so great: Cost way too high....I want to use deluxe like I used to. But premier is need for my investments
