Easy as Pie!

Had difficulty paying for the state return e-filing. Would not take my credit card...Kept telling me I had to call Mon- Friday. It was Saturday. I tried again on Sunday and it went right through.
Also, could not log on to my Turbo Tax account. Forgot my password. Got a confirmation number that was supposed to help; but couldn't find where to enter it. I entered as new password but that did not work ??? Did twice and there was just no link/space provided to enter the confirmation number. These experiences were more frustrating than doing our taxes b/c that was EASY!
What's great about it: Guides your right through the process with easy download of info from last years TurboTax filing.
What's not so great: Had some trouble purchasing the efile for state return.

Filing Taxes The Easy Way Headache Free

The best product out there for taxes. You get so much help along the way as if someone is walking you through the whole process. I really love how easy it is. Complexities and anxieties are not involved, when using Turbo Tax.

Easier to navigate and find answers than before

Found this year's easier to navigate than previously. When there were errors before had to find it in the interview before the program would let you make the change. Really like the ability to change something directly in the form.
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate between forms and interview; easier than before to find and correct errors

Takes care of the messy details from investments

I've been using TurboTax for over 15 years and have yet to be disappointed with the product. It places confidence in me that I am filing my taxes properly. I'm glad that I can continue to maintain my files local to my computer (not on some cloud/web) given the increase in identity theft. In fact, they've added additional identity safeguards to protect you so that the IRS will know that you are the correct person filing the return.
What's great about it: Importing data from Investment houses and Employer are a huge timesaver and makes it error free
What's not so great: Easily got to the eFile submit button but there still was one last not so obvious tweak to make; change a 0 to a blank.

Makes Navigating the Tax Codes Easy

After a three-year absence using a CPA, I decided to return to TurboTax to see if I could pull our Federal and State taxes together myself. From start to e-file I found the software easy to use and straightforward. The supplementary information available answered all my questions.
I also appreciated TurboTax completing my two State returns, which are completely different in form and computation. For my time and money, TurboTax was the answer.

What's great about it: Straightforward; Easy to Understand; Logical Flow; Good Supplementary Information
What's not so great: No issues
