This is so much easier than filing out forms and reading the instruction booklets like I did in the 70's and 80's. An improvement would be to have a window or pop up for some "behind the scenes" calculations. This helps me to understand what is happening and how to utilize the rules in the future.
What's great about it: helps me to not miss any income, deductions or credits.
What's not so great: not as much visibility as I would like to detail calculations. ie education redits and sch A deduction calcualtions.

Easy and simple...

Although I had some issues in terms of how W-2 and 1099s were imported from TurboTax partners, the process was like previous Turbo Tax versions - Easy and simple.
What's great about it: Simple interface that walks anyone though the filing process.
What's not so great: W-2 and bank imports can be fickle in terms of data imported and names chosen.
