I don't even know how many years I've been using TurboTax, but it's been a lot and I will continue to use their services in the future!
What's great about it: Easy to understand and very precise in walking through the whole form.

Saves you hours

It would be helpful if for each section, there was some sort of explanation of how the info you are adding will affect your tax return. For example, when you put in RSU data or stock gains and losses have a box that you can click to say how it will affect your return. Also, have some examples of fictional entries.
What's great about it: I find that filing a Turbotax return saves me hours.
What's not so great: Sometimes it is hard to figure out how to answer a question because you don't know why it is being asked

Taxes Season 2015, DONE!!!

On the fixed error portion, I had to review a couple of times even with the explanation option, I had to keep reviewing, but finally understood what I needed to put in the required boxes. Thank GOD for Turbo Tax efficiency to review and find the errors on the tax returns, because it helped me gain more refund in the end. I will utilized Turbo Tax from now on. Great Job Turbo Tax, I truly am happy with the services.
What's great about it: I am ecstatic that Turbo Tax helped me review my errors and fix them. I appreciate the Audit Advantage option.
What's not so great: None

First Time Refund

overall, I felt confident with the results and my refund
What's great about it: took me safely through all deductions
What's not so great: challenging to fit some items that did not have a clear place for entry, so I didn't add them
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Once again TurboTax has hit a homer. It is so easy to use and much better than paying a preparer at a greatly less cost.
I will be back again next year!

Making it easy!

Using Turbo Tax consistently simplifies tax preparation. I like importing skeleton data from previous year. When finished, visually comparing results to previous year helps me understand why results are different. I appreciate TT remembering things I would not, such as carrying forward in state return unused accelerated depreciation not allowed in the year it was used for federal return. During my years using TT I have bought, improved, and sold rental property, and ran a self-employment partnership with my wife, all of which would have made tax prep difficult without TT. I benefited from the TT user forum and expert user opinion in the year I sold the property. Another very helpful feature is having TT import detailed data from my financial institutions and automatically insert it in the proper place.
In past years I have worked for a tax preparer and have used another vendor's consumer-oriented tax software. I am committed to the consistency and reliability of TurboTax
What's great about it: Question format; navigation options; import function; carry forward feature
What's not so great: Fee for state e-ffile
