Love Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for approximately 13-14 years, and just love how it has grown and improved every year.
What's great about it: Love the improvements on charitable contributions pages!

Have used product for years. For some reason "updating" process this year did not work consistently. Very frustrating. Had to reboot computer each time to avoid "failed update" messages.

I've used TT for over 15 years and never had an issue with it. I feel confident when I file my taxes because of the thoroughness that is included with TT.
What's great about it: easy to follow instructions. Great explainations. PRovides confidence
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

One thing I especially like this year was the calculator of how different amounts of IRA contributions would affect my refund

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS.
AT THE SAME TIME, I HAD PURCHASED H & R BLOCK IN ORDER TO ENTER THE SAME INFORMATION INTO EACH SOFT WARE PROGRAM.
AFTER HAVING DONE SO FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS AND COMING AHEAD EACH YEAR USING TURBO TAX OVER H&R BLOCK, FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS I USED ONLY TURBO TAX TO DETERMINE MY RETURN AND REFUND. I AM PLEASED AND HAVE CONFIDENCE THAT MY RETURN IS PROPERLY DONE AND SUBMITTED.
