What's great about it: Easily understood needs at each level
What's not so great: In some cases, needed to be able to go right back to the page on when saved instead of starting at start

Long and good experience with Turbo Tax

I've used this for decades and never had a problem. It has lead me through a variety of complicated issues - purchase and sale of houses, etc.
What's great about it: It's able to handle any tax situation I've ever encountered
What's not so great: A bit tedious, but necessary to be thorough

Found Turbo Tax easy to follow. Just fill in the blanks and it takes you right through all the drudgery complete with drop down list of what it is.
What's great about it: Easy to follow

Love Turbo Tax

Had to try H&R Block last year and hated using it but the Turbo Tax change last year forced me to. I am glad you gave us back our turbo tax. Hopefully we will never have to go anywhere else again.
What's great about it: Easy to use and does most of the work for you
What's not so great: None that I can think of

Easy Does It

This continues to be the easiest way to prepare and file my taxes. I have been doing it for 10 years now and it gets easier every year. I only skipped one year when I sold my house and had to file a trust account tax, but I bet I could have done it if I had put in some effort.
What's great about it: Imported all my info

Extremely easy to use especially transferring information from one year to another. We loved the Self Audit feature and walked us through everything without any errors or missed information, making the experience a shorter process
What's great about it: Carried everything from 2014 to 2015 and very easy to work with

Perfect Again

As it has been for the last 10-12 years, TurboTax made a hateful job about as easy as it can be. I was able to find answers to any questions that came up and it was an efficient process right through to filing.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Easy to understand, Good help, Thorough
What's not so great: Nobody likes doing tax returns !
