Turbo Tax walks you through everything!

Turbo Tax is the tax preparation program for you if you are not an accountant and do not have confidence in your knowledge of the tax codes. They walk you through everything step by step. With Turbo Tax I feel confident that my taxes are done right.
What's great about it: This is my 3rd time using Turbo Tax. It breaks down the process so it is not intimidating.
What's not so great: None!

TTX 2015

I use this software every year and I think it's easy. My taxes are complicated and this program covers everything I need. I will be using it next year too. All of my info will be transferred to next years taxes so it saves me a lot of time.
What's great about it: EVERYTHING

I have a favorable opinion because Turbo Tax flowed smoothly and everything was laid out in an easy manner.
What's great about it: The troubleshooting and review features

I've been using TurboTax for years. Don't think I could use the stubby pencil again and keep my sanity.

I've been using TurboTax for a long time and it just keeps improving. Easy to use and navigate and the downloads from financial institution and Its Deductable are great.
What's great about it: Financial Institution Download, Easy to use, constant backup of data, easy to navigate
What's not so great: Resetting password, no initial option for a call vs txt and my land line was on file

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years, and it is better and easier to work with every successive year.
What's great about it: easy to follow, edit, and make corrections
What's not so great: some things were confusing (maybe it's just me) at the end, during verification process.

TTAX is an old friend

I have used TTax for many years and have had no issues. I am happy with the fact that the products improves over the years, but the changes have not had major changes to the user interface.

It gets easier to use every year!

Whenever I double-check the tax advice within Turbotax, the program is always spot on. I have been using it for over 10 years and every year gets easier - even when my tax sutation gets more complicated. I learn a lot about taxes each time I use TurboTax. And I trust the software.
What's great about it: Loads last years taxes well and knows what questions to ask
What's not so great: Help Search screen goes away when I have forms open
