I find the "chore" of doing taxes less onerous because of TurboTax. Keep up the great work!
What's great about it: The ability to go through the process efficiently and accurately.
What's not so great: Nothing that I can think of at this time.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: I like the ability to import documents from financial instutions
What's not so great: I bit difficult to navigate to/from deductibles for non cash items

Although it was very convenient to have my business data downloaded from QuickBooks to TurboTax Business and my dividends, interest, retirement info as well as capital gains download from my broker and banks, it seems ridiculous for me to have to manually input info into TurboTax Premier from my K-1s that were produced by TurboTax Business. Since the business is a partnership, TurboTax Home and Business does not do the job and it requires these 2 separate products that do not apparently communicate with each other.
What's great about it: TurboTax Business links to Quickbooks and my Financial Institutions
What's not so great: TurboTax business does not link to TurboTax Premier

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I especially like the auto download for investments. I find it user friendly and easy to use.
