excellent walk thru procedure

I experienced very slow update times at start-up time. In the past it only took a few mins and this years 5 times longer

Overall good, need to go to next section after you complete a section. Need better explanations on some of the items in review section.
What's great about it: import of my files. good
What's not so great: when you complete a section it reverts back to the top of the category

I used to do my taxes the old fashion way filling out lots of paperwork--then came TurboTax. I started with the basic package and my taxes were done in an hour. I bought a rental property then upgraded to the premier package. What would have taken me days to complete were again done in no time. I find the program easy to use and totally thorough. Thank you TurboTax for making my life easier!
What's great about it: Easy and thorough

liked the choice of choosing which items to do rather than having to go through all of the questions.
What's great about it: liked the worksheets & forms availability

2015 Income Taxes

I thought the product was very user friendly. Love the download feature that adds all your information from previous tax returns using Turbo Tax. Also like the ability to move around from section to section. The review is outstanding catching any errors and allowing for quick update.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and fill in. Love the download feature from previous tax returns.
What's not so great: Takes a while to save. Maybe my computer speed.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Done right the first time

I have been using this software for about 15 years, and I keep coming back because TurboTax is easy to use and has never let me down on the results.
You hear so many jokes on TV about the terrors of tax-time, and you want to holler at your set "it's a no-brainer if you just get the right software!
What's great about it: Quick, easy and correct
What's not so great: Some ambiguity about "foreign tax credit"
