Lots of trust...

Long time user - I'm a former HR Block preparer I won't do it any other way than TT (other than a paid accountant someday).
It's gotten better every year, though interface with Quicken is less obvious than it used to be.
My taxes were more complicated this year than ever due to some life changes - I'm placing a LOT of trust in TT that they got forms I've never used straight. Also - import of a 1099B was inaccurate - numbers right, filing boxes wrong - I had to manually correct.
What's great about it: makes navigating many forms easy
What's not so great: explanations of complicated situations could be better
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

The taxes were much easier this year

This software greatly assisted me in completing my tax forms. Everything went smoothly and the carry forward feature really speeded up the process.
What's great about it: Did everything needed this year
What's not so great: Had to go to premier verses deluxe now

Turbo Tax Review

This is a great product and it get's better every year. I have been using it since the 1980"s I have all the files going back to then. it is easy to use and gives great results. Keep up the good work with turbo tax.
What's great about it: I have used Turbo Tax every year since the 1980's , it gets better every year I would not use any other software for tax

Made itemizing rental expenses, business expenses and all others very easy. I highly recommend the program.

Turbo Tax is very helpful in filing complicated returns. I like the fact that it shows a comparison of this years return with last years return, which helps in spotting input errors very quickly.
What's great about it: Big help in filing a complicated return
