great tool

Turbo Tax is a great tool to help me through one of the most painful things I have to do every year. The step by step help/advice is easy to follow, as long as you have the documents to back up your entries. I do mine by hand first and Turbo Tax always finds, calculates and reworks to my favor. I feel confident when I file after using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Step by step guidance that helps you find hidden things or things you may not realize
What's not so great: i hate doing taxes, period

What's great about it: Ease of use. Step by step was very helpful.

What's great about it: Fairly easy to use and I have a fairly complicated profile with multiple different sources of income
What's not so great: occasionally some of the terminology is unfamiliar and the explanations that accompanied were difficult to understand
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I have been using this product for many, many years. Every year it gets easier and easier. Combining it with Quicken makes tax preparation simple. I highly recommend it to anyone doing their own taxes.
What's great about it: quick, easy, accurate

Directions were not easy to find. Very hard to get a new password especially when I don't recognize the magic question. This year was not as easy as previous years.
What's great about it: Convenient obtaining the program and having used it to years noe
What's not so great: The new formate was harder to go back and forth and difficult frind specific area needed for editing.

Helpful and Comprehensive

Truly comprehensive and helpful; I felt extremely comfortable using Turbo Tax to file. This is my 3rd year and I will continue to use it.
What's great about it: Covers all of the bases, double checks, and tries to help me come out the best in the end
What's not so great: Cost for e-Filing state taxes. VA gets a boatload of taxes each year--we're saving it money by e-Filing.
