Easier to follow than other software

This program was much easier to use than other tax software I have used in the past. I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Poor followup answering questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

It was my first time using Turbo Tax & it was kinda scary but I did it, filed it and didn't hear back from the IRS.
What's great about it: It must have been correct because I didn't hear from the IRS.

I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years or more. It is easy to understand. If you have questions there are links to answers them. The program is always up to date and I feel confident that it meets state and federal requirements.

Again a Great Product

Everything, as before went well with doing my taxes this year. Being in a profession that some look puzzled at during tax time, I am a clergyman. Turbo Tax, may the process easy with the help of the Intuit Quicken. Look forward to many more years of using Turbo Tax and Quicken.
What's great about it: Like in the past, everything went step by step to the end.

Turbo Tax makes an annoying task tolerable!

It's simply a task that isn't fun to do. We have to do it every year, and since using Turbo Tax, I have found it to be much easier than previously. I feel comfortable that my returns and my kids' returns are in order and correct, which is a big relief. Phew! See you next year, Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: For the most part I was able to go through the returns step by step.

TurboTax Made Tax Prep a Breeze!

I have used TurboTax and its predecessor for several years and it is easier to use each year! Arkansas throws in a couple of little unusual twists in tax preparation and TurboTax handles the rules with ease. I have complete confidence that my taxes are accurate each year!
What's great about it: TurboTax asks all the right questions!
What's not so great: No real "cons!"
