my turbo tax experience

All in all, NOT a good experience!! I can do the same thing in MUCH less time (and money) by NON-turbo tax methods. I will probably NOT use Turbo Tax in the future. . .
What's great about it: relatively easy, althougfh some sections unclear
What's not so great: hidden fees for filing; too many forms to fill out AFTER returns were ready to file

Great user interface and customer support

Love this program, it cost a bit more but well worth it. Although I encountered a bug in a field, customer support was awesome and helped me get through it.
What's great about it: Step-by-step and customer support is awesome

I have been using Turbo Tax for quite a few years...because it is simple and reliable.
What's great about it: Really pretty simple

Tax Prep Made Easy

This is my 4th year of filing single and I've used Turbo Tax for approximately 20 years prior to that as a married person. It's simple. It "knows" me! I do not plan to use anything else for my federal tax preparation.
What's great about it: Transfers last year activity to new return
What's not so great: nothing

Still the first choice

I have used Turbo Tax since 2007 and have always found it met my needs. There are more and more people who have parents and others who are in need of care. I would very much like to see a version of TTax that would address the needs of people who have home employees such as babysitters and/or senior aides. We need to do W-2 and other forms and withhold taxes. There is not a easy way to do this in TTax
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand
What's not so great: The choices of which version to buy is flawed
