Quick and Easy!

I love importing documents electronically. Every year TT questions items from the prior year even though I imported the prior year's return. TT should provide the answer for me.
A nice to have would be how much tax liability I saved due to donations, or other deductions. That would help me better identify the value of each item.
What's great about it: Walked me through everything I needed very easily

Smooth and Slick

I did get a refund, but that's not why I like TurboTax. With all the checks and balances, it is difficult to mess your tax return up. Not that I try, but even the most complex stuff seemed easy, and help was close by. I've used this program for over twenty years, and will until I still have income and a tax return to prepare.
I majored in Accounting and did my taxes for years. But, these guys do all the research and put it in a simple format so all I have to do is check a box and put in the numbers.
What's great about it: I'm a longtime user, and even I was impressed at how smooth this tax season progressed.
What's not so great: Still thinking, but can't remember any

Show State inputs from last year like you do in the fed return

Gets Easier Each Year

Turbo tax makes doing your taxes easy. It keeps up with all of the changes each year. It is quick to e-file and get your refund faster.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Takes the guess work out of filing your return
What's not so great: I forgot my password to set up an e-file account and could not retreive it.
