Been using Turbo Tax since 2009 and it has improved efficiency every year. More simplified & user friendly.

Appreciate Turbo Tax Premier

Heretofore, my returns have been relatively simple and I have used Turbo Tax. This time, however, many investments were sold, both long term and short term gains, and capital gains, both plus and minus. I imported to Turbo Tax for the first time and it was a life saver. Thank goodness Turbo Tax was there and did the job for me and my wife.
What's great about it: Have used Turbo Tax for several years but needed it more so than any year previously. Oh thank you so much, Turbo Tax
What's not so great: As my return this year was so much different and so much longer Turbo Tax did the job for me.

What's great about it: easy to use, lots of explanations
What's not so great: still sometimes get caught in loops of questions that are not relevant to me. But these are not as cumbersome as before.

incentive stock option

software did not guide me to report accurately incentive stock option. incentive stock option was already report on my w2 line 14 and software still let me fill out 1099b and report it on 8949. I paid double tax amount that i was supposed to pay.

Loved the ease

Turbo Tax reliable and easy to follow. My only complaint is that whenever I chose check for updates, it would only spin and not update. Always said 1 min but nothing happened.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: When I select print, it gives me print preview but no print
