I have been a loyal Turbo Tax user since I began using any kind of electronic tax software. It seems to get better and better every year, easier to use and understand. On a scale of 1-10, this year's version was a 15 for me.
What's great about it: Works with Win10, Understandable Verbage, Ease of use.

TurboTax is a great tool to use year after year - it is easy to use as well as fast and effective. A great tool for a person on the go like me!

Excellent Product

I've been using TurboTax for years for my personal returns and those of many of my family. It's easy to use, has excellent information for when you're not quite sure what to do or why. I especially like the ability not to use the step-by-step questions for areas in which I know exactly what to do, or when I'm going back over a return. The import feature is invaluable. I have never had a return rejected or had any problem at all with a return.
What's great about it: Ease of use

would use again but work deductions hard and should be able to print without pdf n0t say what forms need file
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: tough deducts and hard to print
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

My taxes are a little messy because of Ministers Housing Allowance and SECA, but it handles it well. I've had issues a few years ago with the "Block" with this area.
What's great about it: thorough, good explanations, well laid out, not confusing
What's not so great: state returns are much more bare bones

A good product. I feel secure that I entered the data correctly, but it was tedious, and did not finalize to allow me to print and mail the returns. The program attempted to force me to pay to e-file. I had to quit. Restart, and re-enter the data. Grrr.
What's not so great: Too many screens. Did not transfer information from previous year.

Had no problems. Particularly with import of Schwab accounts, most of the work is already done.
What's great about it: Simple, straight forward and comprehensive
What's not so great: Muni-bond for state is still confusing.
