A little frustrating this year

We've used TurboTax for 5 years now and been most happy with it. The guided entry system is so neat! And being able to download from the brokerage is superb!! This year, for 2015 taxes, proved frustrating in one area though. When reporting Interest income from seller-financed sales, the program asked to enter the Names, Addresses, etc. information. When the 6252s were filled out for these same properties, the Interest information was duplicated - which made the interest income double on the 1040 and Schedule B forms. The only way we could get that corrected was by deleting the 1st entry from the guided income section. It took many trial and error sessions to get that straightened out. That's been the only glitch in 5 years. Overall, it is the best - and cheapest - accountant we've ever used!!
What's great about it: Love the guided entry system
What's not so great: Some software glitches

Easy and Efficient

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and have found it to be easy, convenient, and efficient. The help button provides the appropriate information and can point you to additional resources to get more help. I will use the software again.
What's great about it: Being able to go between the forms and the program with ease
What's not so great: Would like to be navigated away from items that aren't applicable to me
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

First Time TurboTax User

I previously used HR Block tax software (which is also very good). I switched to TurboTax based on a friend's recommendation. The layout and navigation of the tax return is excellent and the explanations offered on the hot links and Help sections are top notch. I will be using TurboTax going forward.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and great Help sections
