Nothing Better

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and have never had any problems. The best thing is I save money because not only do I do my own return, I am able to do my two grown son's taxes with just one copy. So we save hundreds as a family over going to a commercial tax office
What's great about it: Easy to use. Cost effective
What's not so great: None

Very convenient. Well worth the price.
What's great about it: Very easy to understand, import, use, review, save, and send.
What's not so great: The extra fee for a state e-filing is lousy.

My Review of 2015 Tax Prep

It would be nice to download Social Security and my Pension info managed by JP Morgan
What's great about it: I like electronic input. Easy to use. Satisfied for last seven years.
What's not so great: Still upset I can not use Delux version. I only have a couple of mutual funds.

Refund rebound

Each year the Turbo Tax program has helped me understand my taxes. The tips and answer boxes explain in language that is easy to understand and follow. I actually feel better about why I owe federal taxes above what I had withheld. I also like the tips on how to earn a possible refund for next year with retirement options built in. The ease of instruction is awesome for the layman.
What's great about it: Ease of screens and questions
What's not so great: Cost

2015 TT Software More Efficient

Excellent, easy software to use. Love the ability to pose questions to all TT customers, and get responses in as little as 10 min, which is a lot more efficient than the IRS.
What's great about it: Faster - Easier with more questions & explanations - Easy to follow the process
What's not so great: Cannot Print Directly from TT, as it generates a PDF, which must be printed outside TT

2015 Taxes - TurboTax

There needs to be something at the beginning of the process allowing you to specify you want to select e-file.
What's great about it: Most things were handled clearly and quickly.
What's not so great: Signing up to e-file my return was frustrating.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Hopefully the evaluation of low-probability of audit is correct, but somehow I have been audited twice in the last 4 years.
What's great about it: Well Established proceedures
What's not so great: Omitted Schedule E when purchaing
