Less than a glass of wine

Excellent product, a long way from the DAYS of work I used to do when doing our taxes. But, minor complaint. More of an annoyance than a full complaint. Still had to retype the employer information off W-2, even though NOTHING CHANGED. That's it.
Great product, we recommend to our family and friends. Our daughter uses your on-line version, even easier. She also has less to enter too.
What's great about it: Very quick! Finished in under an hour
What's not so great: Still had to type

Have used Turbo Tax for years now and it gets easier every year. Can't say how many headaches this product has saved over the years. Keep up the good work.

Overall good software for tax

Many bugs but overall fair experience.
What's great about it: Walk through option is good. For every step its has good help to understanding.
What's not so great: I haven't seen worst navigation of software. Just the way it walked me though to each step was horrible.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Need for soft wear revison

The DVD would not download with Windows 10. I had to call Turbo Tax & get a tech support rep on the phone. I was on the phone for 30-40 minutes until Turbo Tax could correct the soft wear problem. I also had difficulty downloading some of my 1099;s.
What's not so great: Not as good as last year

What free E-File

Was not able to use the free state e-file again.
What's great about it: Program guides you through return and cost is reasonable.
What's not so great: You need to know taxes to use the software. Would like live support to fix issues and no community.

Overall very fast but no xtra benefit with premium

I moved from Brazil to the USA in Jan 2013 and wanted to back-report moving expenses - could not do so, now will need to investigate alternative approach
What's great about it: Fast practical easy to follow
What's not so great: could not ammend 2013 return
