Quick and easy

Very easy to bring last years return and update to the current year.
Do have to be careful that numbers are correct.

What's not so great: Some times pulls in info from other returns.

Problems this year

I had a weird 199-M that I had a very hard time trying to enter. Online help was no good. The 1099-M was issued for retirement income. No matter what I did and how it asked online Turbo Tax Help it still filled this out as a business and asking to fill out a Form C. I finally went to the form site and clicked on my 1040, went to the area that involved 1099-M and was able to correct all the problems line by line manually. I got it done but I was not a happy camper with this. Everything else was fine.
What's great about it: Worked well as usual
What's not so great: Except for 1099-M
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Saves time and headaches, offers support that can't be found anymore since the IRS has been in crisis

Finished in February!!!

I've used TurboTax for more than a dozen years. I've completed my own returns since 1970. The last dozen years have been my most complex returns. With TurboTax they have been the easiest.
What's great about it: Ease of use, and information carryover from previous years.
What's not so great: Nothing!!!

this just gets easier and easier every year you use turbo! once you've done them once it is primed to keep you on track and help you not miss anything.

As always, TurboTax remembered...

It took longer than anticipated to do our returns this year due to the fact that TurboTax reminded me of several deductions that I taken last year that I needed to find the documentation for this year. I also forgot a 1099-Misc for my wife that we had misplaced.
Once again, TurboTax saved the day and increased our refund.
What's great about it: Takes info from last year's return
What's not so great: Some Help screens could be more detailed
