Thank you- have used for many years now

Needed to look up on IRS tax forms for explanation of Form 8889, line 3 and line 5. Needed explanation for adding $1000 to advised $3350 amount since over age 55. Could not find All others see the instructions for amount to enter, even though correct amount entered and I wanted the read the rule on IRS form.
What's great about it: easy and efficient
What's not so great: Had to do some of my own research

Quick Easy and Great Refund

literally if you can read, turbo tax walks you through everything. It is so great and easy to use, and cheaper than accountant.
What's great about it: so easy
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Software slow

Couldn't load all the sales Transactions. Can't attach a PDF to the file. Have to send the printed file by snail mail.

Can you answer simple questions? Then you can use TurboTax. Much less expensive than an accountant. Great ability to go back and review
What's great about it: Fastest filing due to auto fill-in from previous year
