Great for filers with Rental Prop & Kids In Colleg

Have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and it improves every year. Handles ACA flawlessly. It lets you start your taxes BEFORE all tax forms are received. Only problem is it you need to go back and change entries when corrected forms are received. It doesn't always ask or go through all of the step by step questions again. Being a retired tax accountant the steps they skip are pretty obvious to me but less tax savvy people might miss something. I thank my lucky stars for Turbo Tax as the tax laws become more confusing.
What's great about it: Great step by step guide
What's not so great: Sometimes confusiing to navigate backwards

THE WORST TURBO TAX YEAR YET! HORRIBLE!

Without a doubt THIS YEAR (2015) was the ABSOLUTE WORST YEAR of TURBO TAX ...... out of the 27 YEARS I UTILIZED THE PROGRAM! FAILED UPDATES ...... FAILED TRANSFER o f DATA FROM PREVIOUS YEAR ....... CALCULATION NOT TRANSFERRING FROM WORKSHEET TO ACTUAL RETURN!
I am sorry - but NEXT YEAR I WILL SWITCH to an alternative method! THIS YEAR has done it for me; NO MORE TURBO TAX!
What's great about it: LIKED? IF I HAD NOT USED "TT" IN PREVIOUS YEARS I WOULD NOT USE IT THIS YEAR!
What's not so great: FAILED UPDATES! FAILED TRANSFER OF DATA! MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS REQUIRED!

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. This was by far the easiest one to use. You all have done an excellent job improving the product.

Easy to use, cheaper than an accountant. Needs to offed free e-filing and ensure its actually free.
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: Says e-filing is free but charges
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using turbo tax for 12 years. It makes tax preparation easy.
What's great about it: easy to use. just answer questions.
What's not so great: Don't want you to sell me the audit insurance every time I go back to the summary page.

I didn't have any trouble at all, but of course, I have been using Turbo-tax for a very long time. I'm glad to be able to step down the a less expensive product and found it much simpler. I really don't have any complaints about this product.
What's great about it: This year I bought Turbotax Premiere instead of Home and Business and it seems much easier to use than in previous years
What's not so great: I never had to input driver's license information until this year.
